Pureye-V

Pureye-V is a krill oil FREE formulation that contains a dietary source of naturally occurring antioxidants and carotenoids that contribute to protection against free radicals and aid in the eye’s ability to filter out blue light that may cause damage to the eyes. Macular degeneration is the leading cause of blindness in people over the age of 50 in the US and nearly 20% of Americans over 55 are affected by age-related eye health issues.

Most eye diseases are caused from inflammation and oxidative damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are unstable atoms (containing at least one unpaired electron) that come from our body’s natural metabolism and from our environment. Over time, exposure to UV radiation from sunlight, ozone, air pollution, cigarette smoke, and other free radical sources increases our risk of developing chronic disease.
